Commissioning covers the entire electrical functionality of the system. This includes testing the sensors and actuators, the individual functions of the equipment cabinets and electrical drives, the parameterization of the frequency and servo inverters and testing the exchange of commands within system applications such as welding or gluing controls.
Optimization
The first stage of commissioning is completed by testing the corresponding manual functions of the system. Based on this, the automatic functions are implemented according to the simulated system processes
This is followed by an optimization phase, during which the projected key figures for the system, such as cycle time and availability, are verified.
Particular importance is attached to the up-to-date documentation of the individual commissioning stages.
